Meet Lance Gordon
Lance Gordon, 4 Star Executive for Youngevity Life Sciences, and author of “In It To Win It: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Top Strategies for Winning in Business and in Life!” was the number one money earner and Affiliate of the Year with JavaFit Healthy Coffee before its merger with Youngevity Life Sciences. His meteoric rise to success in network marketing dates back to 1996 with a Billion Dollar NYSE company called Excel Communication Inc., where he catapulted to the highest level and a six digit income in his first year. He landed on the Top Performers Council, earned a Top Ten Diamond Award, and became a Circle of Excellence winner over an eight year career before building large organizations with three other companies.
Lance’s sales career started even earlier. At American United Life, the young rep received the New Agents Performance Award his first year with the company. He helped launch a new physician-owned insurance company in Wisconsin and made the President’s Club incentive trips his first five years in the business. A faculty member at the University of Phoenix, Lance teaches accounting and finance courses in the undergraduate and MBA programs. He was an instructor for the Becker CPA Review Course, completed an advanced statistical sampling instructor program with the government, and taught statistics to senior auditors. He was a national training director with Excel Communications and conducted regular direct sales and networking classes at the Milwaukee Training Center and National Conventions in Dallas, Texas.

Lance received his BA in business administration and marketing at Wartburg College, IA, earned a Masters Degree in tax law from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Masters in Information Systems (MIS) degree from North Texas State University.

In addition, Lance served as president of his BNI (Business Networking International) chapter and became a director for the organization and was a contributing author in BNI’s best selling book, Building the Ultimate Network.
